Solutions to Negative Emotions

Purpose: In this summative article the volume editors discuss some of “antidotes” to negative emotions that authors in have set out. Design: The summary is arranged five sections: (1) Negative as learning opportunities; (2) attributions and cognitive reframing; (3) importance emotional intelligence; (4) leader empathy organizational support; (5) benefits solving employee emotions. Findings: Despite pervasiveness experiences organizations, they can lead positive outcomes if handled appropriately. Research Implications: contributions focus on a wide variety important but underresearched topics affect; contain many original solutions dealing with such may ultimately prove beneficial organizations. Practical Organizations are good at helping their employees cope competitive advantage improving employees' job performance commitment. Social examined articles presented an impact well-being.
